Return & Refund Policy
Our Guarantee Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We'll ship the correct item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
